West Orange - Law enforcement authorities today posted a cash reward offer for information that leads to the arrest of suspects wanted in a West Orange armed robbery.
Sheriff Armando Fontoura stated that his department's Crimestoppers program will pay up to $5,000 for details about the whereabouts of five suspects.
The robbery occurred on Wednesday, May 4, 2013 shortly after at the intersection of Ridge and Watson Avenues.At that time, the suspects, brandishing a handgun, pistol-whipped and robbed a male victim of $300 in cash and his cell phone.
Newark – Two suspects were charged with narcotics crimes and a handgun was recovered last night by EssexCounty sheriff’s officers.
Sheriff Armando Fontoura stated that officers from his department were on quality of life patrol shortly before on Monday when they observed a 2000 Buick Century traveling north on Elizabeth Avenue at a high rate of speed.

Sheriff Armando Fontoura stated that his department’s Bureau of Narcotics conducted a surveillance operation, based upon numerous neighborhood complaints of drug trafficking, at the intersection of 4th Avenue and North 12th Street early yesterday morning.
At that time, the sheriff’s BON detectives observed three males loitering in the area.
Newark- A suspected drug dealer was arraigned today following his arrest yesterday afternoon by EssexCounty sheriff's detectives.

Newark – Three suspects were arraigned today on drug charges and a total of 16 suspects were arrested this past week in the city’s North Ward as part of an on-going series of investigations conducted by the Essex County Sheriff’s Bureau of Narcotics.
Sheriff Armando Fontoura stated that his department’s BON detectives armed with search warrants for apartment #1 and #3 at 163 Grafton Avenue established plainclothes surveillance at that location early on Thursday morning.
