Cash Reward
Newark Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura today announced a cash reward offer for information that leads to an arrest in the murder of a 26-year-old Newark woman.

Sheriff Fontoura stated that the Crimestoppers program will pay up to $5,000 for details about the August 28, 2009 fire at 1825 McCarter Highway in which the body of Kasheba Dollar was consumed by flames.

The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office which is investigating the incident is classifying it as a homicide.
